CHROs must take this opportunity now to evolve their businesses into a human-centric work design. The transformation necessary for L&D in this hybrid environment is particularly poignant - not only is there a rising demand for new skills, but according to Gartner research the average number of skills needed for a role is increasing by 6.3% annually.
