Lack of skilled, available talent and widespread existing workforce skill shortages are plaguing industries across the UK&I region while organisations work to staff a quickly changing business landscape. HR leaders are at a critical crossroads: low manager competency, limited talent pools, and rapidly evolving HR technologies pose significant challenges and opportunities as they lead through ambiguity.
In this interactive conversation among peers, CHROs will discuss their role in creating a high-performing workforce that delivers effectively and efficiently.
- Driving business value through workforce strategy
- What investments are you making in on-the-job learning and skills enhancement?
- How are you partnering across the enterprise to get visibility into current skill gaps?
- What steps have you taken to address the pain points of your unique landscape, whether it is a decentralised business model or dispersed global workforce?
- Positioning for prosperity
- How are you forecasting future skill needs to set the workforce up for success?
- How are you coaching people leaders on empathetic change management?
- What successes have you seen in evolving the employee value proposition to appeal to a broader talent pipeline?

Location
MORE INFORMATION
As previously shared, Evanta will hold in-person programs only in locations that meet our stringent health and safety criteria to help ensure the well-being of our participants, partners, and our associates. These criteria include adhering to government, venue, and health agency guidelines in addition to taking all practical steps on-site.
Please note that our onsite planning will continue to evolve, and all measures will be subject to change to ensure the best and safest possible experience. Please see below for our current approach and planned onsite safety measures.
What you can expect onsite
Evanta, with support and agreement from the host venue, are recommending that you be fully vaccinated and encourage all guests to continue to wear face coverings in all public spaces. We request that you stay home if you are not feeling well or believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, regardless of your vaccination status. If an attendee does not feel well on-site, we will work with the venue to coordinate additional health and safety support.
Upon arrival, the venue will request all guests to comply with a contactless temperature check before proceeding to the dinner. The NHS QR code will be displayed in the venue for any guests who wishes to check-in prior to the dinner.
Evanta will also implement the following measures at the conference:
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the event space
- Decreased capacity and minimized congestion where possible, including more space in aisleways
- Touchless or reduced contact interactions throughout the program
