Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I started in data in Lean Six Sigma very early on using data analysis to improve manufacturing processes. Since then and after gaining my MBA in Emory, I started working in consulting – in the Movie Business initially – in Lean Six Sigma. After, I joined Coke to help them create the HR Shared Services, and I started an 8-year stint where I transformed their operations, systems and data. In 2020, we started a data services organization, and I joined to first lead Data Governance, then added MDM and now also own shared platforms that aren't related to data per se, but they enable a lot of our processes.
