Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
There have been several 'leap of faith' moments throughout my career that have led me to becoming a CIO. The first was being selected to join the Technology Leadership program at General Electric after focusing on finance in college. The second was when a former manager of mine asked me to move across the country with my family for an opportunity to drive technology transformation at HP. Another was when we decided to move back for a role at my previous employer, General Electric. And last is when I took the role at Cenveo, a printing company, which ironically enough was what my father did for a living as a VP of Manufacturing for another large printing company.
