Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.

My journey into IT and security wasn’t planned — it started almost by chance. However, my strong analytical thinking kept me engaged as I found myself solving complex problems and navigating technical challenges. Over time, what began as an unexpected involvement turned into a passion, leading me to leadership roles, including my current position as Head of IT & Security, where I apply my skills to safeguard and optimize systems at an executive level.

What is one of your guiding leadership principles?

One of my guiding leadership principles is empowering others through trust and autonomy. I believe that great leadership isn’t about micromanaging, it’s about trusting your team, providing them with the tools and resources they need, and giving them the autonomy to make decisions.

The increasing complexity of aligning IT with business strategy and driving digital transformation. As technology becomes more integrated into overall business objectives, it’s crucial to ensure that tech investments deliver value, scalability, and innovation while effectively managing costs and risks.
