Chris Jacquet

Chris Jacquet is the chief information security officer (CISO) at Unisys, establishing and maintaining the corporate-wide information security management program while working with executive management to ensure compliance with their policies, determine acceptable levels of risk and protect assets as they serve their clients.
Chris has decades of impactful experience and deep knowledge in cybersecurity, applications, infrastructure, and networks in information security. His roles have spanned the information technology, software and car rental industries. Most recently, he served as the CISO for Hertz, leading cybersecurity and compliance for their Information Technology and Vehicle Digital Security business.
Prior to Hertz, he held progressively senior roles at Hitachi Vantara from 2016 to 2022, where he was named America’s Information Security Expert for all 70-plus subsidiary companies of Hitachi Ltd. in the Americas.
Early in his career, he built core CISO skills during his 26-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard, followed by roles with software companies, Symantec and Marketo.
Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated leadership, exceptional cyber intelligence expertise and the ability to position people and processes as key drivers for organizational success.
He graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliqués in Lyon, France and holds a Marketing Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
