I was looking for an opportunity to build and mature a robust, global cyber program. Rollins generously presented me that opportunity.

Invest your time in people.
With disruption being a key theme of recent years, where do you see the CISO role going in the next 1-2 years?
A strong business acumen will ultimately be a non-negotiable expectation of CISOs.

Identify your support structure. You're going to need them.
